"I'll be at the Beach Club.." with Seafolly

Imagine you are on the world famous Amalfi Coast beachside town of Positano, sipping on a cocktail and looking out at the water, underneath one of those iconic striped umbrellas lined up along the beach.. and now imagine this feeling is recreated for your eyes as Seafolly launch their Beach Club campaign in stores throughout Australia. This is what we helped pull together!

Positano please

We got the briefs from Seafolly for the opportunity to create some bespoke props for their Beach Club windows in Summer 2018 and it brought us directly to dreaming of being on the beach in Positano.

8 litres of ‘Hot tango’

These bespoke props needed to be the exact colour of orangey coral to truely represent the beach club correctly. We were to create 20 of these umbrellas that would be standing in the windows of 9 Seafolly stores throughout Australia.

We approached this job by sourcing 20 half umbrellas, as they weren’t required to be opened fully in the window. Each umbrella was measured and taped up, with the stripes all painted on by hand.

To create the look of wooden details on the umbrellas we painted the existing parts to finish off the look of these Positano fixtures.

Installation

The umbrellas were installed by Seafolly VM teams in groups of two or three along with bold signage.
